You can make bookings by completing the online form here (requires members’ password), giving Helen a breakdown of your booking requests and payment, along with any essential information, either regarding the menu or pick up points for visits. This would allow her to manage without a need for a booking form.
Since we need to think of the costs of postage and banking, we therefore ask if you can pay by bank transfer – BACS – if at all possible. For those members who prefer to pay by cheque, please either use the online form or continue to send the booking form – a copy of the current booking form is available for download here – in with your cheque as before.

Walks Programme
Everybody is welcome on our walks and, if you want to see if you would like to walk with us, please join us for a “try out” walk. If you already walk with us and have visitors staying who you would like to bring on a walk, please discuss this with the leader of the walk you want to join. A donation to the H&TDA is always welcome.
Can we remind everyone that the walks should be booked directly with the person leading the walk, as soon as possible and no later than the day before, or the date given.
